This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
I am using PSP 7 but any version will do.
Animation Shop, Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow.
Font of choice I used Times New Roman and A&S Bone Casual for name.
Tube of choice. I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis.

[Let's Get Started]
Open up template 287 and duplicate it, close original.
Delete the copywrite layer, resize it 500x415, then image canvas size 500x500.
Select the background layer and floodfill white.
Close all layers except your background layer.
Open up your mask in psp and minimize it.
Open paper 18, copy paste as new layer.
Go masks - new - from image
Locate EDB mask53 from drop down menu and select it.
The only thing ticked is source luminance, then click ok, merge visible.
Use my picture as a guideline for placement.
Select circle 1 ,select , select all, float, defloat, copy paste paper 24 as new layer,
selection invert, delete, select none, delete circle2.
Effects, eye candy 4000, gradient glow,with following settings.
I used #FEA4BE for the outer colour, but use any colour from your tube.
Add drop shadow 1, 1 , 50 ,5 black.
Select circle 2, and repeat as for circle 1.
Select raster 1, select float, defloat, make a new raster layer,
floodfill with colour from tube, I used #FFCCD9.
Delete raster 1 layer, apply same gradient glow, add drop shadow.
Select rectangle, select float, defloat, make a new raster layer,
floodfill with colour from tube, I used #FFCCD9.
Delete rectangle layer, apply same gradient glow, add drop shadow.
Open frame background, select all, float, defloat,
make new raster layer floodfill with #FFCCD9, select none,
delete frame background layer, apply drop shadow.
Open frame apply drop shadow.
Apply drop shadow, to small circle 1, 2, 3, 4, and wordart.
Copy paste as new layer your tube, resize if needed, add drop shadow.
Now we will place elements of choice, resize to suit.
Add drop shadow to all.
Make new raster layer, text, floating, stroke null, fill #FA6FBA,
times new roman 20 bold, and type " Dear Santa ", add gradient glow and drop shadow.
Add your copywrite and name, merge your tube, elements and copywrite-name etc layers.
Save as JPEG and we are done.
